Aboriginal Community Elders Services Inc (ACES)
At ACES, we’re a not-for-profit, Aboriginal community-controlled organisation dedicated to caring for our Elders. We offer three main programs to support our community: Outreach, Residential Care, and Social Support. Our Brunswick East facilities, nestled along the beautiful Merri Creek, provide a safe, welcoming, and culturally respectful place for Elders to live, connect, and thrive.
OUTREACH ENGAGEMENT
Outreach provides a range of care services to assist and enhance Elders’ quality of life and maintain their independence to remain living at home independently, in good health as long as possible.
RESIDENTIAL CARE SERVICES
ACES is a 25 bed (and growing) Residential Aged Care Facility situated in tranquil part of East Brunswick. We offer high and low care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Elders.
